Honey Restuarants & Bushland Vignerons presents the inaugural Sunday Session: An intimate Lunch & Wine Tasting with Ed Carr:  IWC 2024 Sparkling Winemaker of the Year for House of Arras, Tasmania.

During the afternoon, Ed will guide us through tasting Australia's most award winning sparkling wines, including House of Arras's 2013 Blanc De Blancs, the 2008 Vintage Rose and Brut Elite sparkling wines.  These wines will be paired with a four course meal.

Ed will join moderator Olivia Peralta for a special Q&A session. This is Ed's first ever time to Mexico & the exclusive event will be his only public event during his visit.
